2012 FESTIVAL

Our 5th year in which we tripled the number of festival days

and doubled the number of documentary films screened. We presented an Audience Award for the first time. We also introduced a Filmmaker’s Choice Award. The Gala event honored Susan Lacy, the creator and director of the award-winning PBS Series “American Masters.”

2012 Films

Audience Award went to “Shelter Island: Art + Friendship+ Discovery" by filmmaker Mike Canzoniero.
Our first Filmmaker’s Choice Award went to “Children of Chabannes” by Lisa Gossels.
